Quality Assurance
The lobster vessels operate under the"Clean Green" program, which was developed to standardise Best Practice by the fishermen.
GROUP LT Partner is an EU registerd establishment and has a documented quality assurance management system in place. This management system is GMP and HACCP based and is used to document and control all aspects relating to food safety such as Hygiene, Handing, Product Testing, Traceability and Product Recall. It is audited regularly by AQIS.

The Fishery
The South Australian Southern Rock Lobster Fishery is a state-managed quota fishery. The northern zone encompasses a stretch of South Australian coastilne in excess of 3700km.
Vessels fish between 1 to 10 days per trip and hold lobster on board in live wells. Losters are caught using specially designed, environmentally friendly pots which keep by-catch at a minimum.

Availabilty
The Southern Rock Lobster season runs from 1st November until 31st May each year.
Under the quota system the Live season may change if all fish are caught earlier Frozen lobsters are pocessed to order only
